Ayobami Odubanjo also known as Boja Official (B Ō J A™️ ) is an independent artist who always had a passion for music at a very early age. Born in Lagos Nigeria he started playing by the age of 8. Learning very quickly the concept of drumming he was soon playing drums consistently at church by age 13. By the Age 19, Jay On Drums was recording professionally. That gave him a platform to learn more and stretch his musical abilities. At 21 Jay was traveling domestically playing for various gospel groups, touring and eventually was given the opportunity to teach drum clinics all over Lagos Nigeria. Jay On Drums became a member of “bandhitz” to further his career in music.
Jay On Drums has taken it upon himself to working with more national artists and using his social media influence to give back to the musical community on a global scale. with inexhaustible energy and sheer determination, the 26 year old “Soul Vibes” Rising Star who was discovered by Music Heavy Weight “ Abe Soul ” has began reclaiming his city, touring and having fun creating bangers and also the benefits of his hard won success, Jay’s social media presence began to grow phenomenally and he started planning to teach what he knew on an international scale. He has reached up to 30,000 Fans on his Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok, currently working on His first release, while still playing and recording live with a variety of prominent Artists in the industry.
